Jennifer Martin-Hall is a seasoned professional in multi-family asset management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Florida at RPM Living since October 2021. Prior roles include Regional Vice President at ZRS Management from April 2018 to October 2021 and Director of Real Estate at Greystar between February 2012 and April 2018. Jennifer’s career began at Lincoln Property Company as a Regional Property Manager from October 2002 to February 2012. Educational qualifications include certifications from the National Apartment Association Institute as a Certified Apartment Manager and licenses in real estate and community association management obtained from the School of Real Estate- Florida.
