Claudia C. Villarreal currently serves as the Director of Property Accounting at RPM Living, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of Controllers, Managers, Accountants, and support staff while enhancing overall team performance through strategic guidance. Prior to this role, Claudia held various positions at The Lynd Company, culminating as Vice President of Property Accounting, where oversight of all accounting functions and management of the onboarding of incoming assets into the RealPage financial suite were key accomplishments. Claudia also served as a Senior Accountant at Crowley and ServiceLink, focusing on general ledger and financial analysis.
