Shelley Earl LLB has over 10 years of experience in finance and compliance roles. Shelley most recently served as the Director of Global Compliance at RPM International Inc., a Fortune 500 multinational company specializing in specialty coatings and building materials. Prior to that, they held the positions of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at the Euclid Group, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemical products, and Group Finance Director & Compliance Officer at Flowcrete Group Ltd, a global specialist in seamless resin flooring solutions. Shelley has also held various finance roles at Flowcrete UK.

Shelley Earl LLB obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2001 and 2005. Shelley then pursued a Legal Practice Course (LPC) in Law at Staffordshire University from 2005 to 2007.
