Randy Hilbert is an experienced operations manager currently leading the Tremco Sealant Plant at RPM International Inc. since May 2022. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Lead and Senior Industrial Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where Randy focused on capacity modeling and process enhancements. As Quality Assurance Manager at Exide Technologies, responsibilities included maintaining ISO and TS certifications while reducing scrap costs. Randy also held positions as Lean Leader and Lean Coordinator, implementing lean manufacturing practices in various organizations, including Eaton Electrical and HNI Corporation. Earlier in the career, Randy served as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Tarkett, overseeing engineering and maintenance departments, and as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
