Elizabeth Kulinich has extensive experience in urban planning and development, currently serving as Vice President at RPM Development Group since November 2011, having previously held the role of Assistant Vice President of Development. In 2011, Elizabeth worked as a Consultant for Jacobs Enterprise, Inc., and also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. Prior to these roles, Elizabeth was the Assistant Planner and Planning Board Coordinator for the Township of West Orange, New Jersey, from July 2007 to August 2010, where collaboration with municipal officials ensured compliance with land use regulations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and an MA in Urban Planning from Wagner School of Planning and Public Policy at New York University.
