Samantha Rock currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst for HCM/HRIS at RPI Consultants, having held the position since June 2021 after previously working as a Business Analyst in the same field. From May 2019 to May 2021, Samantha was actively involved with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as the President of the University at Buffalo Student Chapter, where responsibilities included presiding over meetings, providing career advice to members, and producing promotional content. Additionally, Samantha held the role of Director of Student Relations at SHRM, developing educational workshops and planning community-building events. Prior experience includes internships at BarkerGilmore LLC and Paychex, where analytical skills were sharpened through research and talent acquisition support. Samantha Rock earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo.
