Pascal Baker has had a long and successful career in the technology sector. In 2021, they joined Emergence Partners Ltd as an Exec Team member, RPA Supervisor as a Non Executive Director, and XpertRule Software as a Strategic Advisor. In 2014, they co-founded Symphony Ventures. From 2010 to 2014, they were Vice President BPO at Capgemini. From 2007 to 2010, they were Sales Director Europe at Mphasis (an HP Company). From 2005 to 2007, they were Channel Manager at British Telecom -Contact Central. From 2004 to 2005, they were District Manager at Aspective, responsible for Sales Manager for the newly created Business Intelligence practice. From 2003 to 2004, they were Sales Manager at Infogain. From 1999 to 2003, they were Sales at Princeton Consulting, where they closed in excess of £25M revenue in the Telco and Automotive sectors.

Pascal Baker attended Pate's Grammar School, Cheltenham from 1985 to 1992. Pascal then attended KEDGE Business School from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a DESEM/BA (Hons) in European Business Management. Pascal also attended Middlesex University from 1993 to 1997, earning a BA(Hons) in International Business.
