Aron O'Neill has had a varied work experience, beginning with a Warehouse Operative role at LINWOODS HEALTH FOODS in 2017. Aron then moved to a Floor Staff role at Omniplex Cinema Group in 2018, followed by an S/4HANA Application intern role at SAP in 2019. In 2020, they became a Software Developer at Irish Life, and is currently working as a Software Engineer (European Union) at RPA Supervisor since 2022.

Aron O'Neill completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Leaving Certificate from St. Macartans College, Monaghan in 2016. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2021 and AWS Academy Graduate - AWS Academy Cloud Foundations from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2018.
