Matt Russell, PE, is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at RPA Engineering since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in various engineering roles. Previously, Matt served as a Senior Plant Engineer at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. from May 2022 to March 2023, and held the position of HVAC & Building Services Engineer II at SNC-Lavalin from July 2020 to May 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Valley Engineering from August 2017 to July 2020, and various positions at SNC-Lavalin starting as an Associate HVAC Engineer from May 2016 to July 2017, and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern in the summer of 2015. Matt began their career with an internship in Facilities Management at Cadence Inc. in 2014. Matt graduated from James Madison University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Minor in Business.
