Dean Kelly is a Managing Director at RP International and Creative Personnel, with over two decades of experience in talent acquisition. Prior to their current roles, Dean held positions at Andrews Kelly Associates, Zero Entropy Networks, First Point Group, and Networkers International. Dean graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Psychology and Management.
