Justin Smith has extensive work experience in operations management. Justin started their career as an Operations Administrator at FedEx Ground in March 2014 and held that role until March 2016. Justin then progressed to become an Operations Manager at the same company from March 2016 to November 2019. In November 2019, they joined Zappos Family of Companies as an Area Manager and later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager from October 2021 to November 2022. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at RPCS starting from December 2022.

Justin Smith attended Sullivan University from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
