Matt Devine is a Corporate Attorney at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, where representation of entrepreneurs and businesses includes corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. As a Course Design Consultant and Adjunct at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, Matt Devine co-developed a course on entrepreneurial finance. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Lex Nova Law LLC and Hill Wallack LLP, and a Law Clerk at Robin Hood Ventures. Early career positions encompassed a focus on outreach and strategy in political campaigns and education policy, including a role at the U.S. Department of Education.
