Oliver Dolan's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Oliver is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at the ROYC Group since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at a Stealth Mode Startup Company from March 2022 to June 2022.

In 2021, Oliver worked as an Investment Analyst at Nordic Capital from December 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Qred AB from January 2020 to January 2022. During their tenure at Qred AB, they achieved significant improvements in technology selection, growth, and product delivery. Oliver raised agile maturity and product branding, enabled business and market growth, and secured partnerships with industry-leading suppliers. Oliver was recognized for their innovative tech excellence and their utilization of machine learning and modern cloud services. Oliver was also nominated as a top 25 fintech CTO by the financial technology report.

Oliver Dolan's previous experience includes roles at Worldfavor as a Chief Information Security Officer and Engineering Manager from May 2018 to December 2019. Oliver worked as an L5 - Systems Engineer at CSG International from March 2016 to February 2018, supporting and developing the wholesale billing and routing platform. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Cobham from March 2011 to March 2016, delivering various software and hardware solutions.

Oliver's career began at Northrop Grumman in March 2008, where they supported classified government projects worldwide until July 2011.

Oliver Dolan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Buckinghamshire New University between the years 2005 and 2008. Oliver then pursued a Master's degree in Decision Support & Risk Analysis at Stockholm University from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Oliver also obtained several certifications. Oliver completed the PMP Preparation Program - 35 PDU's from the Project Management Institute in June 2017. In the same year, they also passed the PMI ACP certification with an "Above Target" rating. In October 2016, Oliver earned a certification in Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in September 2016, they completed the Agile 101 - 25 PMU's certification from the Project Management Institute.
