Victor Pensis is a Commercial Executive in Football Operations at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise SCRL since July 2021. Previously, Victor served as an Event & Match Officer and Logistics Assistant at the Royal Belgian Football Association from April 2018 to June 2021, managing match operations for youth teams and the Red Flames. Victor's early experience includes a marketing internship at STVV, a Belgian first-division football club, where responsibilities involved club marketing and media relations. Additionally, Victor worked as a student at OPTIMADE, contributing to the setup of VIP areas for the McLaren Honda team during Formula 1 events. Victor holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from Sports Management School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from EPHEC.
