Francesca Tam is an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in banking and finance. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at 香港匯豐銀行 since August 2021 and at Royale International Group since August 2019, Francesca has previously worked as a Management Consultant at Capco from January 2017 to June 2019, focusing on HSBC and Hang Seng Digital projects. Prior roles include Assistant Project Manager at 恆生銀行, working on Treasury projects from November 2015 to January 2017, and Analyst Programmer positions at 中國銀行 and Hong Kong Monetary Authority, contributing to Basel 3 Reporting and application development, respectively. Francesca holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong.
