Mohd Irfan began their work experience as a Data Specialist at Randstad in August 2014. Mohd then worked as a Software Engineer at MicroSpark Software Solutions Private Limited from May 2015 to August 2018. Following that, they joined Virtusa as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2018 to December 2020. Mohd then worked at TEKsystems as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Lead Software Engineer at Royal Cyber Inc. starting from April 2022.

Mohd Irfan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology & Science. Mohd attended this institution from 2009 to 2013.

Afterward, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in Digital Systems and Computer Electronics at the same institute. Mohd began their master's degree in 2014 and completed it in 2016.

Additionally, Mohd Irfan obtained several certifications. In December 2015, they received the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIN, their ICT competence partner. Mohd also obtained the Certified Application Developer and Servicenow Certified Administrator certifications, although the exact dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
