Shabnaz Rahman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and compliance roles. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at the UK Home Office since December 2021, Shabnaz also held the position of HEO - Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on staff coaching and quality checks. Additionally, Shabnaz volunteers as an NHS Responder with the Royal Voluntary Service, providing support to vulnerable individuals during lockdown.
