Sanjay Chauhan is a seasoned creative design professional with extensive experience in managing design teams and overseeing international projects in the flooring industry. As Creative Design Manager at Royal Thai since October 2017, Sanjay directs a talented team in Bangkok, focusing on Axminster, hand-tufted carpets, carpet tiles, and acoustic product development for global markets. Prior to this role, Sanjay served as Senior Design Manager at Tai Ping, where oversight included specialty Axminster and hand-tufted products. Earlier in the career, Sanjay held various positions at Milliken Contract, Brintons, and David Yarrington Studios, contributing to bespoke designs and project management while collaborating closely with clients and designers across multiple regions including London, Washington DC, and India. An alum of the University of Wolverhampton, Sanjay earned a First Class BA Hons in Interior Textile Design.
