Kelly Rivers has a long and varied work experience. Kelly began their career in 2008 as a CT Technologist Assistant at Clark Memorial Hospital. Kelly then moved to Baptist Health System KY & IN as a Technologist Assistant, where they worked until 2011. Kelly then joined First Urology PSC as an Imaging Administrative Coordinator. In 2013, they were promoted to Clinical Application Analyst at Baptist Health System KY & IN. In 2014, they returned to First Urology PSC as an Information Technology Project Manager and Lead Implementation Informatics Analyst. In 2019, they joined iSalus Healthcare as an Implementation Project Manager. In 2021, they moved to Humana as a Senior Problem, Incident and Event Management Engineer. Finally, they are currently employed as a Solutions Manager, Engagement Lead at Royal Solutions Group, LLC.

Kelly Rivers obtained their high school diploma from North Oldham High School in 2006. Kelly then attended Indiana University Southeast where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Informatics- Sociology cognate in 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Health Informatics from Northern Kentucky University. Finally, in 2018 they obtained their Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northern Kentucky University.
