Paula Collins is an experienced designer currently working at Marmot since June 2024. Prior to this role, Paula served as Senior Designer for Men's Outdoor at Royal Robbins from April 2022. Previous positions include Senior Designer at Margaret O'Leary, Inc. and Apparel Designer for men's and women's contemporary lines. Paula has also worked as a Designer at Marine Layer and held the position of Associate Designer for men's woven shirts and outerwear at Levi Strauss & Co. Notably, Paula's early career includes roles at Birdie LLC, where design contributions were made for modern women's golf styles, and Smart Threads Inc., focusing on menswear. Paula holds a BA in Fashion Design/Textiles Design from the Academy of Art University and an AA in Fashion Design from FIDM.
