Joanne Steinbauer is an experienced professional in the outdoor travel lifestyle clothing industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Product at Royal Robbins since July 2016, where oversight includes Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Tech Design. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions at Athleta from January 2012 to June 2016, including Design Director for Performance and Tops. Joanne also worked at Gymboree as a Senior Designer from May 2006 to January 2012 and began their career as a Sweater Designer at Christopher Fischer from 1999 to 2004. Joanne holds a degree in Fashion & Textiles with Business Studies from the University of Brighton, earned between 1992 and 1996.
