Cheryle Crider is an experienced Property Manager with a career spanning over three decades in the property management industry. Currently serving at Eighteen Capital Group since March 2016, Cheryle is responsible for overseeing property rentals, managing lease agreements, and ensuring financial performance through rent collection and budgeting. Prior experience includes positions at Colliers-International as a Multi-Family Property Manager from May 2012 to March 2016, and at Minchew Corp/Landmark Apartments from August 1990 to March 2012. Cheryle's educational background includes a high school degree from Columbia High School, completed between 1982 and 1985.
