Harriet Wybor joined the Royal Philharmonic Society as General Manager in August 2022, having worked in music publishing, rights management and artist development for over a decade. Before joining the RPS, she worked in a range of roles dedicated to supporting composers, increasing revenues and developing strategic partnerships at Wise Music Group, Manners McDade, PRS for Music and Oxford University Press.
Harriet holds postgraduate degrees in composition and law, and in 2019 she received an MBA with distinction from Durham University, which focussed on non-profit strategy and organisational development. She has spoken for conferences and festivals including The Open University, International Conference on Women’s Work in Music and Cheltenham Music Festival. She is also a Trustee of Tŷ Cerdd and Into Opera. Harriet grew up in Yorkshire and is now based in East Anglia, where she can often be found at her local concert hall or walking in the countryside.
