Jean MacKershan is a seasoned content manager with extensive experience in pharmaceutical writing, currently serving at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society since June 2007. In this role, Jean oversees a team responsible for producing content for BNF Publications and Martindale: the Complete Drug Reference, building on prior expertise as a clinical writer for the same publications. Earlier in Jean's career, a position as Senior Medicines Information Pharmacist was held at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde from March 2006 to May 2007. Jean's academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmacy (Clinical Pharmacy) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy (Prescribing Sciences) from Robert Gordon University, as well as a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Pharmacy from the University of Strathclyde.
