Alfa Kaba is an experienced strength and conditioning professional currently serving as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Loyola High School of Los Angeles since March 2023. Kaba contributes to the development of comprehensive training programs tailored to athletes' specific needs. With a solid background as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Royal Personal Training since June 2021 and a Performance Coach at EFT Sports Performance from May 2017 to July 2021, Kaba has designed and monitored programs to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk. Previous experience includes roles as an Executive Search Consultant with Addison Group, where Kaba provided guidance on the hiring process, and various positions in sports recruiting and marketing, including managing budget and recruiting efforts at Northwestern University. Kaba holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration/Management and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate from Northwestern University, alongside a BA in Sports Communication and Business Administration from West Virginia University.
