Catherine Fisher has a diverse work experience in finance and management. Catherine began their career at KPMG UK as an Audit Assistant in the Public Sector Audit department, and later became an Assistant Manager in the same field. In 2015, they joined Teach First as a Finance Business Partner, and went on to hold various roles, including Head of Finance Business Partnering and Interim Head of Finance. Catherine also served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for Charity Services at Teach First. Currently, they are working at the Royal Opera House as the Head of Finance, Development and Enterprises, where they provide strategic financial support and manages a team of three.

Catherine Fisher received their first degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, from the University of Essex from 2005 to 2008. Afterwards, they pursued further education at the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy, where they obtained a Chartered Public Finance Accountant qualification, known as CPFA, from 2010 to 2013.
