Jaclyn Qua-Hiansen is an experienced professional in community engagement and lifelong learning, currently serving as the Manager of Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning at the Royal Ontario Museum since January 2015. In this role, Jaclyn oversees various projects, including the implementation of audio tours in multiple languages and outreach programming for community groups. Prior to this position, Jaclyn held roles as Senior Coordinator for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility, and Audience Coordinator at the museum, contributing significantly to inclusivity and visitor experience. Additionally, Jaclyn is a book reviewer for Quill and Quire and has a background in communications from the Art Gallery of Mississauga, where successful marketing strategies increased audience engagement. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Toronto and multiple graduate certificates in Marketing Management and International Business from Sheridan College, as well as a degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
