William Wilder BSW, CADC has extensive work experience in the field of addiction and mental health treatment. William currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Aliya Health Group, where they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Footprints to Recovery, Royal Life Centers, South Coast Behavioral Health, and Vogue Recovery Center. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the services of the organizations.

Before joining Footprints to Recovery, William held various positions at New Hope Foundation, where they worked from 2005 to 2013. William started as a Primary Counselor and later became an Adult Unit Supervisor. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Administrative Counselor at Seashore Family Services of New Jersey from 2013 to 2015.

Throughout their career, William has demonstrated their expertise in marketing and building strategic relationships in the addiction and mental health industry.

William Wilder BSW, CADC completed their education in the field of social work and addiction studies. William earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Rutgers University - Newark, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Social Sciences/Addictions from Ocean County College, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, William also holds several certifications. In December 2008, they became a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor through the State of New Jersey. In May 2018, they completed the Leadership Development Certificate Program offered by NASW-NJ (National Association of Social Workers- NJ Chapter). Most recently, in May 2022, they obtained the Certified Event Interventionist certification from the Addiction Training Center.
