Dave Favell is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Managing Broker at Royal LePage Kelowna since June 2002, Dave focuses on sales development, training, and enhancing the business practices of agents. Previously, Dave worked as a Real Estate Agent at Buffini and Company from January 2005 to January 2010 and held a position on the Advisory Board as a Certified Mentor. Prior to entering real estate, Dave was a Sales Representative for DMX, Inc. from December 1996 to November 2000, and served as a Commercial Producer at Whillis Harding Insurance from September 1991 to September 1995, specializing in Commercial Property and Liability Insurance. Educational background includes a degree in Managing Broker from UBC/Sauder School of Business, and training in Industrial First Aid from Okanagan College.
