Mark Du Preez is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering leadership across multiple sectors, including offshore vessel construction and mechanical design. Currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at Royal IHC since August 2017, Mark is responsible for overseeing all project phases, managing a diverse team of professionals to ensure successful project execution. Previous roles include Project Manager at Nautic Africa, where Mark managed the delivery of specialized offshore vessels, and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at GS Fainsinger & Associates, focusing on building services. Mark's education includes executive development training from Stellenbosch Business School and a postgraduate diploma in project management from Stellenbosch University, complemented by a robust engineering background from Cape Technikon.
