Marc Docherty is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Senior Production Engineer and Lead Production Engineer at IHC Engineering Business Ltd since November 2010. Prior to this role, Marc held positions as Senior Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at BAE Systems from October 2003 to October 2010. Marc began a career in engineering at Vickers Defence Systems / Alvis Vickers, working as a Manufacturing Technician from October 1998 to October 2003. Academic achievements include a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Management of Engineering Technology from Leeds Beckett University, along with various qualifications in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Newcastle College.
