Dingeman Hogers has an extensive work experience, starting in 1988 as a Monteur at TES Industrial Systems B.V. Dingeman then worked as a Hardware- /software engineer at BBT Transport from 1990 to 1992. In 1992, they joined SAS Gouda BV as a Software engineer, and in 1998, they moved to Jacobs Elektrotechniek, where they continued working as a Software engineer until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Software- / flied engineer at Nacap Installatietechniek. In 2007, they joined QPS Automatisering as an applicatie engineer, where they worked until 2010. Dingeman then joined Stork as a Software Engineer, working until 2011. Since 2012, Hogers has been working at Royal IHC as a Lead Engineer Automation.

Dingeman Hogers has a background in education, specializing in PLC Techniek from HBO and Energie Techniek from MBO.
