Scott Hippe has an extensive work experience in the hospitality and country club industry. Scott currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Royal Glenora Club since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager/COO at Edmonton Petroleum Golf & Country Club from February 2018 to May 2022. Before that, they served as the General Manager at Belvedere Golf & Country Club from July 2014 to January 2018. Scott also worked as the Food & Beverage Manager at Edmonton Country Club from August 2011 to June 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as the General Manager at Murreita's Bar & Grill from September 2007 to August 2011.

Scott Hippe attended the International Sommelier Guild from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Wine Steward/Sommelier. Prior to that, they studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their educational background, Scott has obtained the BMI General Manager/Chief Operating Officer certification from the Canadian Society of Club Managers.
