Dionne Yochim currently serves as the Director of Mortgage Operations at Royal Credit Union since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dionne was the Mortgage Operations Manager at Lake Area Mortgage, a division of Royal Credit Union, from January 2019 to January 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President Mortgage Lender Manager at Village Bank from July 2014 to January 2019, and Vice President of Sales and Service Support at American Investors Bank and Mortgage from 2004 to July 2014. Dionne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Metro State University and has additional education from Rochester Community and Technical College.
