Rachael Kathrynn Welsh has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications roles. Rachael Kathrynn is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Royal Court Theatre. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Development Manager at Unity Theatre, where they led the marketing, audience development, digital, and fundraising strategies. During their time at Unity, they launched major award-winning projects such as the Unity Open Call.

Before joining Unity Theatre, Rachael served as the Head of Marketing at HOME, where they also covered the role of Director of Communications for a year. Rachael Kathrynn managed the marketing department, overseeing various areas including theatre, film, visual art, talent development, and education.

Earlier in their career, Rachael worked as a Marketing Officer at Imperial War Museums, where they were responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns and managing budgets. Rachael Kathrynn also represented the museum at various events and panels in Manchester.

Rachael's work experience also includes roles as a Marketing Assistant at The Lowry, Digital Communications Executive at Quaytickets, and Publicity and Marketing Officer - Theatre Society at the University of Sussex Students' Union. Rachael Kathrynn also volunteered as an Events Volunteer - Holocaust Memorial at the University of Sussex and worked as a Marketing and Publicity Manager at Treason Productions during the Fringe Festival.

Rachael Kathrynn Welsh earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) First Class Honours degree in History and Sociology from the University of Sussex, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
