Sabine Bas has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving in this capacity at Royal Cosun since March 2024. Prior roles include Global Talent Development Manager and Regional Learning & Development Manager for Fugro from May 2021 to March 2024, and Learning & Development Specialist at DentConnect from June 2020 to May 2021. At Vifor Pharma, from January 2017 to April 2020, Sabine acted as a Talent Management Specialist, focusing on talent development solutions and global learning programs. Earlier, Sabine worked as a Learning & Development Specialist for Hexion Inc. from January 2011 to January 2017, where responsibilities included designing training programs and supporting a global Learning Management System. The career began as an HR Trainee at Momentive Performance Materials in 2010. Sabine holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Organization Studies from Tilburg University and a pre-university degree in Economics and Management from Mencia de Mendoza Lyceum.
