Ghadeer ALSaihati is an experienced Registered Nurse with a diverse background in hemodialysis care. Currently employed at the Royal Commission Health Services Program in Jubail since October 2022, Ghadeer previously worked at Eastern Health Cluster from January 2021 to September 2022, focusing on hemodialysis nursing. Prior roles include positions at Saudi German Hospitals and DaVita Kidney Care, where Ghadeer served as both a staff nurse and hemodialysis nurse after completing a trainee program. Ghadeer's nursing career began at Saad Specialist Hospital, where a foundational experience was gained, reinforced by a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science obtained from Saad College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences between 2009 and 2013.
