Steve Rinker is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Royal Caribbean Group since April 2022, Rinker previously held roles including Manager of Talent Acquisition at XOJET Aviation from September 2021 to April 2022 and at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine from August 2015 to September 2021. Rinker's earlier career includes positions as Senior Employment Specialist at Norwegian Cruise Line from March 2007 to August 2015 and Employee Relations Specialist at the Regional Transportation District from February 1999 to March 2007. Rinker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from Metropolitan State University of Denver, earned between 1994 and 1998.
