Umang Tandon is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Associate Director and Big Data Lead at RBC since April 2023, Umang previously held the role of Senior Consultant at GridGain Systems from July 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Umang spent over seven years at Publicis Sapient in various roles, including Manager Data Engineering and Senior Data Engineer. Earlier career experiences include a position as Senior Engineer at Hughes Systique Corporation and a Member of Technical Staff at HCL Technologies. Umang holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Inderprastha Engineering College, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
