Lisa Seepersad is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in change management and strategic communications, currently serving as Director of Change and Communications at RBC since October 2012. In this role, Lisa oversees communications for over 10,000 Operations employees and has previously held positions such as Director of Banking Operations Communications and Associate Director of Change Delivery in Group Risk Management. Lisa is skilled in executive communications, change enablement, employee mentorship, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. With a background that includes a Senior Operations Manager role at Capital One and editorial positions at Republic Bank and Morley College, Lisa's expertise is underpinned by a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Toronto.
