Archi Shah is a Data Analyst at RBC since September 2024, following a role as a Technical Support Engineer at Windowmaker Software Ltd from January 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included facilitating business development and employing SQL, SAP Crystal Reports, and Azure DevOps for project management. Previous experience includes working as a Software Service Engineer, managing over 150 clients and leading more than 35 complex projects, as well as serving as a Data Analyst at Stiftung Universität Hildesheim, where Archi played a key role in the "InDisCo" project analyzing information behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. Archi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from CHARUSAT and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Windsor.
