Jim Boswell is currently working as the UK & Ireland HR Systems Manager at Royal BAM Group. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Head of HR Systems (HRIS) / Training Manager - Rail at BAM Nuttall Ltd for over 17 years. Jim obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Business Studies from Coventry University. Jim's expertise lies in developing efficient people processes and implementing software solutions to support HR functions within the construction industry.
