Bhop Kang has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bhop is currently the Director of Financial Planning & Control at Royal BAM Group nv. Prior to this, they worked at Skanska as a Senior Project Accountant, where they played a key role in mobilizing water contracts and implementing robust financial processes. Before Skanska, they served as a Financial Controller at Amey and a Group FD at Nordson Dage. At Dage Holdings Ltd, they held the position of Group Finance Director and was responsible for various financial and operational functions. Bhop also has experience in financial roles at NordsonUV Ltd and Primarc Ltd, United Biscuits, Complete MBA, Chubb Electronic Security Ltd, and Chubb Fire Systems Division. Throughout their career, they have been involved in financial planning and control, project management, budgeting, reporting, and acquisitions integration.

Bhop Kang obtained an MBA degree in Finance from FCCA from 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued an M.B.A. in 2003 from Manchester Business School.
