Joe Gale is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in leadership roles within various schools, currently serving as Deputy Head Teacher at The Royal Alexandra and Albert School since September 2019. Previous positions include Deputy Head Teacher at Cobham Free School, where responsibilities encompassed raising standards in behavior and attitude and managing the pastoral team, and Assistant Headteacher at Woodcote High School, focusing on improving student achievement and coordinating professional development for teaching staff. Joe also held leadership roles at Glyn School, where responsibilities included head of the Sixth Form and leading the Biology Department. Joe Gale holds a Master of Education from the University of Roehampton and degrees in Secondary Science and Sports Science and Physiology from the same university and the University of Leeds, respectively.
