Sher Sultan has extensive experience in the field of customer service and traffic management, currently serving as an Assistant at the Prisons Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since February 2017. In addition, Sher has held the position of Traffic Assistant at both Royal Airport Service and Peshawar International Airport since October 2012. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) at Zong from March 2009 to August 2009. Sher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management from IMSciences, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar, earned from 2004 to 2008.
