Jacques Rossel serves as the Director and Culinary Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since July 2014. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Chef at InterContinental Jordan from August 2012 to June 2014, where significant renovations to the main kitchen and several related facilities were completed. Jacques previously held the position of Executive Chef at Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel Beirut from February 2010 to July 2012, overseeing various kitchen and dining renovations. Jacques's extensive tenure with InterContinental Hotels Group from May 1990 to January 2010 included multiple Executive Chef roles across various locations, as well as a Senior Sous Chef position in Cairo. Educational background includes training in Switzerland.
