Salem Altoom's work experience begins in 2015 with a role as an Electric Engineer at Saudi Binladin Group, which lasted until 2016. In the same year, they worked as an Electrical Inspector at DAR ENGINEERING for a brief period. From 2016 to 2019, Salem worked as a Project Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company, and then progressed to the role of Project Engineer Group Leader from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Salem is working as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Interface Manager (A) at RUA Al Madinah Holding since 2022.
Salem Altoom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Arab East Colleges, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Taibah University, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. Salem also possesses several additional certifications, including Associated Membership obtained from the Saudi Council of Engineers in June 2021 and Existing Building Inspection from the Saudi Real Estate Institute in January 2022. SALEM is also a Certified Senior Project Manager (CSPM) from the IAPM International Association of Project Managers, which they obtained in August 2021. Salem has also completed the Advanced Project Management Boot Camp from the Project Management Institute in July 2021. In terms of personal development, Salem has obtained the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People certification from FranklinCovey in October 2017. Additionally, they have acquired the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) from ICDL Arabia in May 2010 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
