Mike C. is an experienced project and state manager currently at Roy Morgan since February 2019, overseeing a team of over 100 interviewers and implementing engagement strategies across Melbourne and Tasmania. Previously, Mike C. held various roles at Sensis from 2005 to 2017, including Communications, Engagement & Training Manager, where responsibilities included delivering multiple Salesforce system releases and enhancing organizational knowledge management.
