Fabio Carlucci has a diverse work experience. Fabio is the Founder & CEO of ROY Kombucha since November 2021. Fabio also held the role of Co-Founder & Managing Director at ROY Kombucha from October 2018 to October 2021. Fabio is the Founder & CEO of Kombucha Summit since April 2019. Fabio worked as a Community Building Consultant at foodspring from August 2018 to December 2018. Fabio was a self-employed Digital Marketing Consultant from October 2016 to December 2018, working with notable clients such as foodspring and Coca-Cola. Fabio also served as Head of Marketing & Growth (Freelance) at WatchAdvisor AG from August 2017 to September 2018. Prior to that, Fabio took a sabbatical to backpack solo through Southeast Asia for five months, documenting their adventures on YouTube. Fabio was Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Amazers GmbH from April 2013 to March 2016, leading marketing, operations, and community. Fabio has also worked as a ski instructor at Snowsports Saanenland from December 2012 to March 2013. Fabio was a Co-Founder & CMO at Design Thinking Startup AG from October 2011 to October 2012. Fabio's work experience also includes serving as a member of the Swiss International Week Organizing Committee from October 2010 to July 2012.

Fabio Carlucci earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate of Supplementary Examinations from Feusi Bildungszentrum in 2009 and a Professional Baccalaureate in the Commercial Option from Wirtschaftsschule Thun in 2008. Fabio started their education journey at Noss Schulzentrum Spiez, where they earned a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training as a Commercial Employee from 2004 to 2007.
