Erman Türkarslan has diverse work experience in sales and engineering roles. Erman currently holds the position of Segment Sales Engineer at Roxtec Group since August 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Representative at Nexans, where they managed distributors and project sales in the Aegean Region. Before that, from 2017 to 2018, they served as a Modernization Sales Specialist at KONE Corporation, where they provided technical solutions to existing customers and prospects in the building industry. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Project Sales Engineer at PELSAN AYDINLATMA, where they followed major projects in the Aegean Region of Turkey and provided technical services on-site.

Erman Türkarslan obtained their bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sakarya University. Erman pursued this degree from 2009 to 2014.
